We are looking for a weekday lodger for our wonderfully cosy, quiet, and recently renovated flat in one of the most well connected locations in London.
Just a 5 minute walk from Paddington station gives you access to the Elizabeth line, Bakerloo, District, Circle and Hammersmith and City lines. It's also a 5 minute walk from Lancaster Gate giving you access to the Central line.
Our flat is perfectly suited to commuters that are making the journey several times a week into Paddington - why not have a base there instead?
The flat is fully vacant during the week and you would have full access between Monday and Friday as a lodger.
We use the flat most weekends and on our departure we would ensure that the flat is clean, tidy and in the condition we found it in.
We are a young couple based in Oxfordshire that love the idea that someone can benefit from our flat during the week and it's not sitting empty.
